Lynette Lingard

As Executive Director, the Cotillion’s legacy of excellence and growth continues with Mrs. Lynette Lingard.  She is dedicated to educating students to reach their goals using etiquette and training.  As a former Cotillion mom, Mrs. Lingard has witnessed the benefits of the program and gained an appreciation for the value of the training. Mrs. Lingard holds a Master of Arts Degree in Communications; specializing in Training and Development. She also has 20 years of human resources experience working with employees domestically and internationally.

Christina MacGuire

Mrs. Christina MaGuire is the Cotillion Director for Cotillion of Greater St. Louis.  Throughout her career, she has had many accomplishments including a successful career as a news anchor for America Reports on CBS Television; Regional Promotions Director for Chanel; taught beauty and modeling classes and directed photo shoots for the  MTM Division of Ford Modeling. Christina is the proud mother of three children.  She has a kind and handsome pre-teen son and two adult daughters who have also carried on in the modeling and television industry.  Christina is a active volunteer in many community organizations and has a passion to help others. She welcomes the opportunity to help your son or daughter become their personal best using manners and etiquette.

Tracy Willis

Mrs. Tracy Willis is the Etiquette and Style Director.  She has worked as a Professional Career Coach, Educator and Fashion Stylist for over 20 years and was named one of the top Executive Recruiters on West Coast for over 10 years.  She graduated from Bauder College of Fashion with honors and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fontbonne University.  Mrs. Willis is a active mom at her son’s school and in her community.  As a military wife, she developed a non-profit program that provided free prom dress for girls in Los Angeles, California and St. Louis, Missouri. Mrs. Willis has always been dedicated to helping others and also serves as Vice Chair on the board of directors for Sisters Helping Sisters, a non-profit organization to help women through difficult transitions in their lives.  Her passion is helping girls and women reflect their personal image through inner beauty and style.  Mrs. Willis is a sought after fashion consultant and career coach.  She will teach Style and Beauty Classes, Professional Prep, Interviewing Skills, Networking and Dinning Skills for Professionals.  She is excited to share her talents to help your student because confident, poised and professional.
